Why we use the kit we do
Kit that's easy for you to use, and easy for us to support and repair.
Most of our calls are about resetting an alarm, clearing a fault or getting a gate moving again. The kit we choose makes those moments easier for you, and quicker for us to fix.
What we look for
- Clear controls. Panels, keypads and apps you can understand without a manual in your hand.
- Parts and support. Widely used makes, so spare parts and technical support are easy to get and repairs don't wait.
- Built to the right standards for the job, such as fire panels for BS 5839-1:2025 systems and gate automation set up to BS EN 12453.
- Remote control and alerts where it helps, like the Control Plus 2 and Ajax apps for alarms and Hik-Connect for CCTV.
- Engineers who know it well. Working on a small range of makes means our engineers see the same kit every week.

Which brands do you work on?
For fire alarms we usually work on C-TEC, Advanced, Morley and Haes. For intruder alarms, Orisec, Pyronix, Texecom and Ajax. For CCTV, Hikvision and Dahua. For gate automation, Roger Technology, BFT, CAME, FAAC and Beninca.
Can you service a system someone else fitted?
