We visit, look at your home and what you want to protect, and recommend the right system, from any of the major brands. Once it's in, an annual service keeps it reliable and keeps your insurer happy.
Already have an alarm?
We work on all major brands, so we can usually take over your existing system rather than replace it. Start with a free system health check. If your alarm is monitored, we move monitoring across to Fortline with no transfer fee.
Larger and high-value homes
We look after private homes worth over £2 million, with alarms, CCTV, gates and door entry all on one plan and one renewal date. Keyholding is available for monitored customers, at extra cost.
No lock-ins
Plans are paid annually, and you can end yours whenever you like. Compare our plans.
Everything we fit is backed by the Fortline kit warranty: up to 10 years on detectors and devices, 3 years on control panels and gate motors, and 12 months on our workmanship.

Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Our plans are paid annually and you can end them whenever you like. There are no long lock-ins, notice periods or automatic price rises.
Can you take over the alarm I already have?
Usually, yes. We work on all major brands and can move your monitoring across to Fortline with no transfer fee.
Are your engineers DBS checked?
Yes. Every member of our team is DBS checked.
Will my home alarm stop working when the phone lines switch off?
Alarms that signal over an old analogue phone line need updating before the switch-off, due by January 2027. We'll check how yours signals and recommend the simplest fix.
