Alarm servicing
A regular service keeps your alarm reliable, keeps your insurer happy and catches problems such as failing batteries or dirty detectors before they cause false alarms. We service to BS 9263 and issue a certificate after every visit.
Monitoring and police response
A monitored alarm alerts a monitoring centre, and keyholders or the police where appropriate, the moment it activates. If your alarm is already monitored, we can move it across to Fortline with no transfer fee.
The phone line switch-off
Many alarms still signal over an analogue phone line, and those lines are being switched off by January 2027. We'll check how yours signals and upgrade it if needed, so it keeps working.
