What fire safety equipment does my business need?
Your fire risk assessment sets out what your premises need. Most businesses need a fire alarm, emergency lighting and extinguishers, all maintained and recorded. We can advise if your assessment isn't clear.
Will you give me certificates for my insurer?
Yes. Every service visit ends with a certificate and service report, and Protect customers can find them on their customer portal any time, ready for your insurer, fire risk assessor or an inspector.
Can you service everything on one visit?
Usually, yes. We plan visits so systems are tested together, which means less disruption and one set of certificates.
Do you work outside office hours?
Yes, where your business needs it. Our emergency line is answered 24 hours a day.
