- 'AC Fail': the mains is off. Check for a power cut. If there isn't one, call us.
- 'Masked': something may be blocking a detector. Check the area in front of it is clear.
- 'Tamper' or 'Battery Fault': don't open anything. Call us.

How do I reset my Orisec alarm after it has gone off?
Enter your user code or present your tag to silence it, then do it again and press the Enter (tick) key. If a screen asks you to contact your alarm company, call us.
What does AC Fail mean on my Orisec keypad?
The mains supply to the panel is off. Check for a power cut. The system runs on its battery for a while, but call us if power is on and the message stays.
Can I set my Orisec alarm from my phone?
Yes, with the Control Plus 2 app (ControlPlus2 in app stores). You can fully set, part set and unset, and get alerts.
My keypad says Tamper. What should I do?
Don't open any devices. Call Fortline on 01635 938998. Tamper faults need an engineer.
Why won't my alarm set?
Usually a door or window is open, or something is moving in front of a detector. Close it and try again, or call us.
